The location of the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel was very good, however not perfect. While it was located at the Manado Town Square Mall, a great location as you could access many different necessary places from the hotel to the mall. However, the location of the hotel made it virtually inaccessible to any other top place in Manado, thus forcing us to use high amounts of automobiles to thoroughly travel throughout Manado. The cleanliness was nearly perfect, and whenever the services remade the rooms, it seemed unbeatable by any other hotel. The gym was kept very neat and many other facilities were clean. The service was amazing; quick and effective cleaning, helpfulness, respect/kindness, and responsiveness, all you could ever ask for from a hotel service. The pool was enjoyable, having a pool bar with a great view of the ocean and Manadotua Island, especially during the sunset. The gym was very accessible. Overall, the hotel was a 4.9/5 in my experience.

It is an old-fashioned style, and the building decoration is also quite old. Convenient transportation, two large supermarkets nearby, close to the coast, beautiful scenery. However, the rooms on the road side are noisy at night, and there are more motorcycles on the road. There are many Western and Indonesian breakfasts, but there are no English names, so you can only choose by appearance.
